unisono gathers statistics on publically funded professional orchestra employment and concerts. We publish them alternately every two years.

In the concert statistics we list the number and format of concerts by opera orchestras and concert orchestras, as well as public broadcaster orchestras and chamber orchestras. The statistics show a long-term change to orchestras. They increasingly perform beyond traditional venues and continue to increase their offering for children and young people.
